Some additions/suggestions to your registry categories

Gary:

A few additions and suggestions:

Dial color: I have seen two shades of grey: one quite dark ("anthracite"), and another medium ("grey").

Numeral color: I have seen "rose gold" as well.

Movement plate color: I have seen "rose gold" and "rhodium", but I have not seen "yellow gold". In addition, I have seen variations where the color of the balance cock is in contrast to the rest of the plates (e.g. "rose gold" with "rhodium" main plates)

Balance cock style: In addition, I have seen a "traditional" style balance cock, but with "curved" sides. Also, the style of the balance cock appears to be independent of beat frequency (I have seen the combinations.)

Balance cock finish: I have seen different finishes on the shaft of the balance cock versus the base plate of the cock. (e.g. frosted base with high-polished shaft).

Strap colors supplied with watch: I have seen several variations of strap colors - perhaps this might be left as an "open entry".

Gary, knowing Kari and many of the owners, I am sure there a many more variations!

Thanks.

Terry

Thanks for spearheading what could potentially be a wonderful, informative resource for all -- particularly for someone like me, who will not be able to own an Observatoire, but would love a window into the varied world of that particular model. I hope lo...
