Has to be...

My Bathyscaphe. Just too practical. It can't really do cuffs as well as you'd want, but that's not a situation I'm often in. The black really mutes it and keeps it away from others' eyes, which I like! ...

Lol, literally just made an offer on one...

Told myself I'd sell one watch first, but it seems like too good a deal....

Very nice!

Too good to pass up, IMO. Let us know if/when you get it!

My one gripe is the size

 By: m2 : April 3rd, 2024-06:11
The last 2 watches I bought to use as daily wearers are slightly too big. One is 44mm and ~14mm thick, the other is 42mm (but wears like 44mm) and ~13mm thick. Kind of want something 40mm or smaller and 12mm or thinner.

Yeah, that's fair.

 By: indignantdenial : April 3rd, 2024-07:24
43.6mm is a lot. But I think that L2L is the real determinant of fit, so I wouldn't be worried as long as you can handle 49.5mm!

When I had it....

feels a lot safer, compared to my Sub, in the US. Almost unrecognizable 😅

“Go anywhere do anything” to me means you’re willing to dig holes or work on an engine, not caring if it gets banged up or scratched.

 By: Emil Wojcik : April 3rd, 2024-14:12
Plus, it must be on a bracelet so there’s no worry about ruining a strap. Or, if just “go anywhere do anything” but not including expected serious abuse, then it has to be smaller and thinner so as not to get in the way, but still on a bracelet. It’s also...

To Rolex and Hermes. ; )

For the last two years, either one of my Bathyscaphes take that role.

 By: AlexSunrise : April 16th, 2024-00:15
Easy to wear, they take a ton of strap options, and at 38mm, are super low key, but no less a pleasure to wear. Cheers, Alex ...

Superb photos, Hermano!
