Brief description of PuristSPro's NEW Homepage! Oct 20 2007,08:30 AM
"Classic" has been phased out and "V2" is now the default platform. If you're browsing the site through your mobile/PDA, we have a mobile/PDA version of the platform so I highly recommend bookmarking that link on your phone.
Our new homepage is accessible by clicking on the "NEW HOME" tab as shown below.
Some cool features of the homepage:
- See all the mastheads pictures in every single forum. Anytime the masthead picture is updated, the masthead pic will instantly change on the homepage as well!
- View the latest new posts, most viewed posts, latest blog entries, interviews, articles and reviews, etc. all on a single page!
- All ThePuristS.com subject fora (Pens, Automobile, WFED, Photography, etc.) are accessible through the GREY pull-down menu tabs.
Some of the new site features includes a consolidated front page which give you on one page a view of the 22+ forums & 30+blogs.

3. Latest News from News Central
4. The latest featured interviews from across the the industry
5. Full featured in-depth reports prepared by the PuristSPro team
6. Quick view of the latest items posted in the collectors Market
7. Latest Blog stories from across all the brand forums
8. Mini mastheads featuring all the individual forum mastheads linking tho the forum
9. Customized quick links using the edit feature to select the tab for the individual forums you follow
10. Myview - linked to the customizable tabs which filters just the latest posts from across the universe of forums you selected
11. Standard Navigation tabs to all the existing features including the photography site.
12. Inline uploads to allow you to post 20/30/50 or more pics and caption them without leaving the posting form.
Just to reiterate all the above is just on the home page and we haven't even left the page.
We also have another whole host of alerts and notifications which are tied into the specific brand forums, galleries, slid views and much much more. You only need to take a few minutes out to explore all the benefits of this revised version which offers only enhancements.
All of this and we still have the classic no nonsense view for mobile/pda and classic users. All this maintained simultaneously and seamlessly.
