I tried today a Blancpain Ultra Slim
Jun 28 2008,10:14 AM

I tried today an "old" Blancpain Ultra Slim (I think it is from before the Vilerette period). This is a very simple and elegant watch, with only hour and minute and manual wind. Really thin and a size I like (37mm).

Enjoy, Flere.

Hi Flere. It is a beautiful and classic watch...

completely out of favor given today's trend of big and gaudy :-(

One day collectors in the future will see the watches created in the past three or four years as complete anomalies!

Thanks for sharing,

Mike

Thanks for the comments. In the meantime I found out via web surfing that the watch is 36.2mm in diameter and 5.8mm thick. (uh, lets call that thin instead of thick smile

Flere.
