A very special Reverso à Eclipse, The Erotic

If you remember well, some weeks ago, I posted a topic about the Reverso à Eclipse, and I thought I was able to take some pics of the Erotic...

I missed for for a few minutes, but back to the Boutique, I saw it again.

So, here it is!

The first thing I was thinking about when looking at this very special Reverso, was that the Eclipse was really made for this watch.

Why?

Because in the History of Horology, Erotic watches were existed, and we may also talk about a certain Tradition.

We should prepare such a topic, IMO.

Back to the topic, I think that the Eclipse has all its interest for such a watch, as it is not very easy to wear it all the day, in a business meeting, for example.

Do you imagine the person with who you're talking business asking you what time is it?

So, you can wear this very special watch, and at the same time, cover the dial thank to the Eclipse system, to let show a traditional Reverso.

Therefore, I believe that historically speaking, the dial of erotic watches were most often hidden.

Now, let's have a look at it.







As all the other Reverso à Eclipses, this one has a solid case back, and is a very short LE.

Personnaly, this is my favourite Reverso à Eclipse, as I see it like an Hommage to a certain Tradition in Horology and OF Horology, as for the thema, and the enamel dial.
