Of all the pictues...
Jul 08 2008,09:46 AM

I have seen of the Simplicity (no disrespect Steve G here at all!)....this one CL, makes me wish that I ordered a watch.  What a schmuck I was!  Dont get me wrong, I love my Series 2.....but I think you did a smart thing...get teh Dufour, order the Smith next.  Any why not throw a Voutilainen in-between.

Congrats again buddy!

After I recieve my Kari.....Series 2 is surely in my RADAR :-)
Jul 08 2008,11:02 AM

I think after seeing so many examples of Series 2, I start to love it as it is .....the 'hand made' feel on the dial..
It just seems more complete to have a Series 2 together with the Simplicity and Kari Observatoire smile
Thanks Buddy smile

Thank you guys.....
Jul 08 2008,11:06 AM

I'm sure some of you are awaiting for your Simplicity to arrive.
Want to let you know that this watch is beyond what words and pictures can describe....totally worth the wait.
You really 'FEEL' the watch as though it is alive.
This is pure Perfection.
Now I eagerly await my Observatoire smile

Oh yes
Jul 09 2008,18:30 PM

this is maybe the most delicious Simplicity pic I have yet seen.

(except for mine to come! smile)

Kidding--I'll be lucky to capture its beauty as well as you have.

The way you 'found' your Dufour is maybe equally as incredible as the watch. Congrats!

Respect for such a grail!
Jul 10 2008,14:37 PM

Hi,

I see it as a dream, not a grail!

Lucky those who reach the grail (and deserve it smile )!

Congratulations.

Dje

ps: is it the one for which you sold your 96?

a superb watch that should NEVER come on the used market.
Jul 23 2008,10:45 AM

this is a watch to pass down through generations. if PP can claim that in their adverts then Dufour could claim handing it down through millenia.

if you put in your will that it is NEVER to be sold, how binding is that to future generations?

CL, i'm glad my newly aquired GS57 had some hand in your aquisition. everytime i wear it i will think of your Dufour.

keep well

Graham
