Hi there,

After a meeting last week with a friend, he told me about a Diane Minute Repeater from HW that was presented at Baselworld 08.

It appears there is almost no information available on the watch itself (just the deceiving marketing talk at www.brightcove.tv ) it isn't even mentionned on HW website, just like it is the case with the OPUS 8 where the forum discussed how Bernard didn't like the watch and we never were given a full tour of the functions and complications embedded.

I remember The Purists when there were actual informations on watches, not just people posting wristshots...

Frederic promised to explain some more on OPUS 8, but now that promise is one month old...

Would someone accept the task of posting an in depth review of both the watches?

This watch was at Basel.

Personally, I really like this watch, and because it has a PRIMARY case shape that is very pure in its function..to deliver sound..it looks difficult to accept, but in the metal it is flawless in sculptural perspective.

I cannot afford this watch..but if I could..this is the watch I would buy for a woman.

There is no doubt for me..that this is the uLTIMATE choice for the woman connoisseur ...it is probably a very good sounding repeater..I did NOT hear it...but with a case like that///it has a built in sound chamber! How can it not sound loud and incredible.

To get actual information

We would need:

Either -

1) HWRT to release the information freely, rather than selectively secrete it....

Or -

2) Someone rich enough to buy the watch for "wrist-shots",  personal experiences,  review and / or tear-down report 

er....not going to happen..unless you volunteer......we have the watchmakers ready......
