VACHERON CONSTANTIN OPENS A SECOND EXCLUSIVE BOUTIQUE IN HONG KONG

THIS BOUTIQUE IS VACHERON CONSTANTIN’S TENTH IN CHINA,MAKING IT THE MOST REPRESENTED HAUTE HORLOGERIE BRAND IN THE COUNTRY IN TERMS OF THE NUMBER OF BOUTIQUES.

July 10, 2008, Hong Kong -- The world’s most famous watch manufacturer with over 250 years of uninterrupted history, Vacheron Constantin opened its second exclusive boutique in Hong Kong. Following the opening of the first exclusive Vacheron Constantin boutique in Hong Kong in May 2004 at Ocean Terminal in Kowloon, the brand has just opened its second, at Lee Theatre Plaza, 99 Percival Street on prestigious Causeway Bay Avenue, which marks the brand’s 10th in China, and the 18th worldwide.

It is one of the brand’s largest international boutiques, covering over 100 square metres of floor space. Giving directly onto the avenue, it is built on one level, in line with the design aesthetic of the Vacheron Constantin Maison in Geneva. In a truly exclusive setting that is both intimate and welcoming, it is dedicated to technical and precious Haute Horlogerie and discreetly decorated with a structural and interior design in harmony with the brand: precious wood, leather, and fixtures and furnishings emanating a warm and serene atmosphere. This new boutique offers the entire range of services that Vacheron Constantin is dedicated to provide. The exquisite timepieces of Vacheron Constantin are displayed in the refined showcases, while the VIP area enables the customers to enjoy the distinctive shopping experience when viewing the elegant watches.

This new Vacheron Constantin boutique will offer watch enthusiasts and collectors, the Manufacture’s complete collection, including its very latest models like, from this autumn, the new pieces from the Quai de l’Ile collection as well as the personalised models.

To celebrate the grand opening of the new boutique, Vacheron Constantin has showcased the Special Boutique timepieces, and the newly lauched timepieces from the Overseas Collection, which embodies the quintessential know-how and master craftsmanship of Vacheron Constantin in the specialized world of decorative applied arts and creative horology.

The team at Vacheron Constantin, represented in particular by Mr. Yann Bouillonnec, Managing Director of Vacheron Constantin Asia Pacific, and Mr. Charlie Lai, Managing Director of Vacheron Constantin China and Hong Kong, were sharing this special occasion with Mr. Zhang Yuping, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Xinyu Hengdeli Group, and Mr. Samuel Lee, Chief Executive Officer of Elegant Watch and Jewellery Company Limited, to host the opening ceremony.
