nautilus dial update
Jul 15 2008,23:59 PM

ok so the watch was shown to an expert and guess what the marks are due to an unfinished dial on the 5711/1A. There is no defect in the dial but its in finish, its basically where the feet of the dial are...a defect is bad but having sold an unfinished product shows that the company needs some looking into. I think I should ask them to just take the dial out and not put one in so it becomes a skeleton

Personally, I appreciate these updates (do not belive that they should have been cut short) and have sympathised with your situation from the start.

I mean - if any company today dares to raise issues with a customer who pays money like like for any defective product, then they should be out of business.
