To me the dial looks really nice, but ...

I would prefer it with a black grand date. The red on the black and the grey subdials look great.

I concur.

A black background with white numerals grand date like the Darth Lange 1 would really make this watch.

I don't like it

The red/orange markings for the power reserve strike me as "me too"; Lange jumping on the bandwagon of having orange/red/bright coloured highlights on dials. The Lange 1 is an icon, a classic, and it works best in simple colours.

Thanks for opinions...

I too find it 'almost' fantastic, and would have liked a black date.

Thanks.

I wrote about it, Mostel

I love it a lot, and even prefer this old look to the newer one, with these interprenetrating circles...

The unique problem is that i seems that Lange made too many LE, with too many variations...

But this one is a killer!

Best.

Let me know, I'm very interested by what you will do!

Best.

Not my cup of tea

I personally don't like the contrasting dials. the watch is already asymmetric and doesn't need to go any further in that direction. A plain black dial would have been far more aesthetically pleasing.
