We do not have the laws Canada has for the protection of images taken of individuals. For that matter we do not have a body of law on privacy. Not that I intentionally wish to breach her personal privacy.

Svetlana and David knows I photograph for a hobby and post the images on ThePurist. I even showed the image to her that I took. I had posted her images last year at another function and she did not object to it. smile

I will be sending her full sized high resolution of her images and will make sure she confirms that she has no objections to the image being put up. I will certainly remove it if she objects.

Cheers

Harry
