G'day,

the brand is much in motion, probably much more than many "well-known" brands.
And the achievements are impressive; in less than 5 years, a manufacture-made movement and meanwhile a dozen unusual in-house modules allow for a number of interesting complications.
There are few to evolve likely and the watches are interesting, without jumping on "mainstream" trends of "bigger, blingier, louder" in any way.
The quality is on par with "big names", too.

And yet they aren´t public, as there´s no huge marketing campaign; the money goes into the watches rather than advertisement campaigns and PR departments - JEANRICHARD counts only about 2 dozen staff members in Switzerland (with some shared ressources with Girard-Perregaux).
It may be the absolute rarity that leads to lower public feedback; with only about 5.000 pieces made each year, it´s simply these pieces aren´t seen that often.

But i think you can´t do wrong with one of these.

Cheers,

Peter
