How to wear your Girard-Perregaux on the head...
Mar 05, 2006,01:01 AM
G'day,
there?s something that somehow didn?t seem to pull off by now. Still i found this a most interesting idea, much like the "Tourbillon" collection of fine writing instruments: the "GP Eyewear"
Some notes on this line of accessories is found on GP?s website (click here to get there) and reportedly there are few retailers for the Eyewear Collection, because these do not seem to be sold by the watch retail channels (but high-end opticians).
I find this a pity, not only because i have to rely on spectacles myself
There?s not much i can share, but then i found a few assorted models which do look promising; as far as i know, this is called the "Vintage" line and it?s apparently a classic, timeless look with a touch of GP?s creativity:
The idea of wearing a GP piece both on the wrist
and on the head sounds great to me
So anyone around who already got to see the Eyewear Collection?
And if there is some interest in those, i?ll try to see if there?s something more to be shared.
Greetings from germany,
Peter
