breguet marine chrono Vs. IWC Perpetual Calendar

after a lot of confusion I have finally settled on these two watches
1. portuguese pertual calendar II in white gold with grey dial
2. Breguet Marine Chronograph 5827 in white gold and white/black dial

they both cost about the same and both feel good on my wrist to me so just looking for your views...???
