That is tough to say how you can be sure of its origins.

I live in Denmark and i got it from an old man here in Denmark, but he couldn't help with the story from the past, so i guess he has not been the first owner :-) I could off course buy the story from Omega's archive. Best. Thomas

...was part of the US Army order. I believe that all of the US Army watches had dials as pictured in the Omega Vintage Database listing above. However, both references used for the US Army watches (Ref. 2179 and 2384) were sold as regular Omega watches be...

It clarified my questions, even though it makes it just an ordinary old Omega :-) But anyway, it have a ok size 35,4 mm. and a nice dial Thanks... Best Thomas
