Womens watch

I'm sure there will only be a few to check this topic, seems like most of the mentioned watch here are mostly for men. Don't get me wrong I love the topics being post here really helps me in deciding what next watch I should eye for.
I really need some help here, will be engage in a couple of months now and its our tradition to exchange watch (nice right?). My problem is I seem to have a hard time finding a good watch for women. How come there's just a few selection of watch for women? How come most women watch are quartz movement like Piaget and Vacheron? Would you buy a good brand even if its a quartz movement? Targeting something around 10-15k USD any suggestions? Thank you in advance!!!

Apart from watches that both gender can wear, there are some mechanical ladies' watches especially from: Piaget: 38mm Polo with 504P or 534P movements, 38mm Dancer or 38mm round Altiplano or 33 mm square Altiplano with 430P movement, 30mm square Altiplano...
