I have several Royal Oaks and have found little difference between 38mm and 39mm --

I also wear my offshore(s) and these for sure are large watches. But the "smaller" ones wear "big" and I doubt that the 1mm to get it to 40mm would really matter to me. The 38mm wears like my 40mm watches anyway.

Two completely different watches, both in pedigree, price and perception. The D1 Milano Polycarbon is my daily wear. I bought it before last years London trip and it has helped me grow into the appreciating the smaller sized watches from Audemars Piguet. ...

Well, they are making pieces at 38, 39, and 41mm...

And I do wonder why that, and If they have even had 40mms before? I apologize for my english in the post and I didnt really get to the point which was how does the members Collection round out millimeter-wise. Do you have any pieces below 39mm?

39mm was a common size for the Royal Oak.

The Jumbo, of course, but also the Royal Oak Chronographs, the 15300 time / date, and event the perpetuals. But then the case increased to 41mm for many models. A 38mm case came back for the Royal Oak Chronograph. PS, your English is just fine, Sir!

Appreciate the Kind words!

Do you think AP will expand to 40mm in the future? I just think its strange to have 37, 38,39 and then 41 and higher. I just think it is curious, not that it’s that important or anything. Have you had any 38mm in your Collection?

You are absolutely right mate, and lucky to have so many pieces! It is just a little peculiar to me that they so many sizes that have 1mm difference, yet no 40mm. IWC with Ingenieur and Patek Philippe with Nautilus and Aquanauts have had 40mm sizes. I do ...
